Aman Lama
President
Aman Lama is skilled on Managing Projects and Facilitating processes and has been working mostly with youths issues. He believes if given space youth prove that they can lead and contribute on society and not just young population who should be led by elder generations to volunteer. He has a vision to become a Dynamic Social Catalyst who utilizes creativity, leadership, team building and campaigning to design and execute solutions through inclusive engagement in every challenging environment and pursue adaptability.

She has been working with children and youth since 2008. Experience in training design and execution for more than two years.She has worked with different I/NGOs for more than six year. She has vision to establish Prachesta as one of the leading organizations in alternative education (Design projects focused in education sector and capacity development of newly establish youth organization) She wants to be expert in creative training methodology
Rajendra Chaulagain

Rajendra Chaulagain is a graduate of Apex College. He is currently working as Administration Officer in a School. He has been actively engaged in different Social Organizations from last few years in a leadership position. He visions of opening widely accessible library in all districts of Nepal.
Amrita Gurung
Secretary
Amrita Gurung is a graduate of Nepa School of Social Sciences and Humanities. Her research interests include human rights, international HR instruments and policies, labor and migration, gender and social inclusion, right to food, and identity and conflict. Her paper "Violence, Women and Conflict in Nepal" (Routledge, forthcoming) was presented at Centre for Rights and Justice Conference "Gender, Violence and the State in Asia" (9-10 May 2014) organized by Chinese University of Hong Kong in Hong Kong. She is the recipient of International Visitors Leadership Program Fellowship, USA (2013), Matthias Moyersoen Research Apprenticeship Fellowship, Kathmandu (2011-2012) and Social Science Baha Interactive Mapping and Archive Project Research Fellowship, Kathmandu (2009).
Bikash Gurung

Bikash is an active youth activist. He has been working in social sector since last 6 years. He has been working mostly for youth, women and children. His expertises are facilitation, designing trainings and campaigning. Being a student of management, he is determined on possibility of social change along with economic stability. He believes that change in possible whatever the situation is if everyone comes together and join efforts towards change.
Pratistha Rai

Pratistha Rai, a business graduate, is engaged in Teach for Nepal's two-year fellowship program that aims to provide quality education to under-privileged children. She indulges herself in making arts and crafts during her leisure, and incorporates them as tools in her teaching.
Rajan Maharjan

Rajan (Razone) is bachelor graduate from Lalit Art School in Kathmandu. He is a tattoo artist, working with different people from all over the world and dealing with their vastly varying demands and wishes. He wants to continue his career as a tattoo artist in Nepal and keep improving his skills and reputation and contribute in Art field through his abilities and talent.

Angnima is a Social work student. he has been working in child setting in two different organizations. He is a self-taught Photographer and also does Video Photography. In future he wants to make video documentaries.
